Building Comissioner

<p><strong>Purpose of the Job</strong></p> <p>To facilitate in the maintenance and proper functioning of the building/property.</p> <p><strong>The Job Entails:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Checking and monitoring the smooth function of elevators/lifts</li> <li>Recording elevator anomalies in the foyer</li> <li>Generating reports on faulty elevator errors and recording the same</li> <li>Attending to queries from tenants</li> <li>Monitoring foyer activities</li> <li>Logging of visitors and foyer tenants</li> <li>Monitoring building&rsquo;s cameras, fire panels, fire escape doors and intruder alerts</li> <li>Logging building contractors in and out</li> <li>Handling the disposal of garbage for the building&rsquo;s tenants.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 &ldquo;O&rdquo; Levels including English</li> <li>Professional qualification such as certificate in Plumbing , Engineering , electrical , etc</li> <li>At least 5 years relevant experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to fix minor jobs and breakdowns on the building/property</li> <li>High levels of honesty and intergrity</li> <li>Self motivated person who should be available for emergencies during weekends and after hours</li> <li>Must be able to work long hours under minimum supervision</li> <li>Good command of spoken English</li> </ul> <p>Applicants meeting the above requirements should submit curriculum vitae and attach certified copies of both academic and professional qualifications.</p>
