  • Oversee all accounting operations in Cashbook, Creditors, Debtors, Fixed Assets, and Stocks

  • Management Accounts reporting- Monthly, Quarterly and Annually (Individual and Consolidated)

  • Setting Up and review of Posting Setups, and ensuring the financial system is intact and functioning.

  • Working Capital Management

  • Budgeting control and review

  • Reconciliations review and approval, and ensuring supporting documentation is available all transactions

  • Communication to customer/suppliers on Finance Related changes in the company

  • Review and updating of internal controls.

  • Support HODs in the formulation of Opex and Capex Budgets.

  • Prepare Revised Estimates every Month, Quarter or Half Year

  • Prepare Cost Benefit Analysis and Value chains to support management decision making.
