Directing and coordinating all underground surface workshop activities at the mine

Maintain a safety first culture amongst all team members

Lead and coach subordinates to ensure quality work

Oversee inspections  of all repair work done on components

Closure of jobs on all work in progress

Ensuring that all maintenance work meets OEM standards

Organisation workshop projects

Make sure lean processes are adhered to

Performance agreements, reviews and appraisals with subordinates

Manage organisational workshop costs

Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, Project Management, Lean Management and computer literacy will be an added advantage
