<p>Fleet Manager</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsible for the full fleet management function for the organisation.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Coordinates despatch of all vehicles.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Reports to the General manager &ndash; Operations on all vehicle related issues.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Assist in the development of annual fleet &nbsp;maintenance and capital expenditure budgets.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Closely manage fleet maintenance costs.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Satellite Tracking of vehicles.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Monthly fleet administration reports :-</p>\r\n\r\n<p>A) Tracking</p>\r\n\r\n<p>B) costs</p>\r\n\r\n<p>C) Vehicle usage.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Inspecting vehicles daily , weekly and monthly to ensure vehicles are being looked after by staff members.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Making sure all vehicles are road worthy.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Ensuring company pool vehicle policy is enforced.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must have a high level of integrity, honesty</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must be able to work under pressure.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must be hard work</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Clean class 4 driver&rsquo;s license.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Valid Defensive driving certificate.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Age limit 35 &ndash; 40.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Male.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Either a Qualified diesel mechanic or Diesel plant fitter.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must have served a 5 year apprenticeship with a reputable organisation.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must have served 5 &nbsp;- 7 years in a management position for a reputable organisation as a fleet manager.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Must have traceable references</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n
