To keep the premises in good condition taking care of landscaping of the plot. The individual is also meant to also work as a guard maintaining safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel

Duties and responsibilities

\r\n\r\n

• Landscaping
\r\n
• Maintaining lawn, flowers and other gardening activities (lawn mowing, watering garden)
\r\n
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
\r\n
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
\r\n
• Controls traffic by directing drivers into premises.
\r\n
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

Requirements

\r\n\r\n

\r\n
• 3 years’ experience  especially in a landscaping company.
\r\n
• Able to communicate in English
\r\n
