Resident Geologist

1. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans programs for exploration.
• Mine planning.
• Grade control.
• Collects and records geological data from test sites.
• Analyses geological data using specialist computer applications.
• Ascertains extraction risks.
• Prepares reports.
• Biannual Mineral Resources Mineral Reserves (MRMR) estimations.
• Advises managerial, technical and engineering staff on the development of reserves.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Geology
• 5 years relevant experience
