Operations Controller

Main Duties:

• Maintains customer relations
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of the department against set targets
• Attends to and resolves any performance failures
• Identifies and mitigates operational risk 5. Manages and authorizes disbursements to third parties
• Manages operational costs and resource adequacy
• Supervises, motivates and trains staff

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Diploma in Shipping and Logistics or equivalent
• Diploma in Customs Legislation and Procedures
• Masters’ degree an added advantage
• At least 4 years experience in logistics industry
