Real Estate Consultant

Main Duties:

• Responsible for customizing and follow-up on a defined scope of responsibility.
• Configure Service Charge Settlement.
• Expertise in Data Conversions and Real Estate-FX and Plant Maintenance module.
• Work with clients and implementation team to gather and interpret user/functional requirements into functional design specifications.
  Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.
  Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies.
• Ability to support development activities by helping developers to understand scenarios and by clarifying requirements.
• Create operational documentation for the SAP Application.

Qualifications:

• Financial / Accounting Degree.
• SAP Real Estate-FX Certification is a must.
• At least 6 years experience
