Dealer Principal

MAIN DUTIES

• Provides leadership and direction to the team
• Sets the strategic direction for the business in line with the manufacturer’s overall strategic objectives

• Monitors financial progress and takes action to meet targets agreed in the business plan/budget
• Manages operations to achieve key targets and deliver continuous improvement
• Manages and develops by recruiting, coaching, developing and implementing performance management across the business

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• BSc in Business Studies/Marketing
• 5 Years Relevant Experience
• Background in the Motor Industry is an added advantage
• Background in a senior management position is an added advantage
