<p><strong>MAIN DUTIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides leadership and direction to the team</li> <li>Sets the strategic direction for the business in line with the manufacturer&rsquo;s overall strategic objectives</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitors financial progress and takes action to meet targets agreed in the business plan/budget</li> <li>Manages operations to achieve key targets and deliver continuous improvement</li> <li>Manages and develops by recruiting, coaching, developing and implementing performance management across the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>BSc in Business Studies/Marketing</li> <li>5 Years Relevant Experience</li> <li>Background in the Motor Industry is an added advantage</li> <li>Background in a senior management position is an added advantage</li> </ul>
