Evaluates and suggests creditworthiness of prospects and customers to decrease financial risk to the organization
Maintaining close relations with debtors to ensure timely payment of debts
Following up on overdue payments
Posting receipts and preparing reconciliations
Keep record or file of credit transactions, deposits, and payments, and sends letters or confers with customers having delinquent accounts to make payment.
Prepare accounts receivables reconcilliations.
Develop and maintain sound relationships with supplier’s/principals’ finance personnel on set offs
Manage and pay exceptional suppliers through set offs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
BSc Honors Degree in Accounting.
At least 5 Years' experience in credit control in a medium or large organization.
