Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages use of engineering resources to best serve the company’s goals.
• Maintain and improve upon all measures of engineering performance.
• Comply with and improve efficiencies, operating expenses, and technical design and development processes.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed to subordinates.

Qualification and experience

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Production and Manufacturing Engineering.
• MBA and membership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers an added advantage.
• At least five (5) years experience.
