Ginning and Engineering Superintendent

<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manages use of engineering resources to best serve the company&rsquo;s goals.</li> <li>Maintain and improve upon all measures of engineering performance.</li> <li>Comply with and improve efficiencies, operating expenses, and technical design and development processes.</li> <li>Provide on-the-job training as needed to subordinates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification and experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Production and Manufacturing Engineering.</li> <li>MBA and membership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers an added advantage.</li> <li>At least five (5) years experience.</li> </ul>
