Director Certification Services

<p><strong>Main Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participates in the formulation of vision and review of policies to achieve strategic goals</li> <li>Recommends strategies for new business opportunities</li> <li>Liaise with stakeholders to promote business development</li> <li>Sets, reviews and approves Departmental objectives</li> <li>Sets and monitors monthly, quarterly and annual Departmental performance targets and budgets</li> <li>Ensures the establishment and implementation of processes and procedures as required by ISO/ IEC 17021.</li> <li>Implements revenue generating projects and activities for the Association</li> <li>Ensures compliance to documented procedures by staff</li> <li>Implements a framework for tracking the performance of the Certification Services Department in line with the Association&rsquo;s goals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional qualification</li> <li>Master&rsquo;s Degree e.g. MBA or MBL</li> <li>At least 8 years&rsquo; experience, 4 years at Senior Management level</li> <li>Familiarity with products and management system certification standards (ISO/IEC Guide 65 /ISO/IEC 17021, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc)</li> </ul> <ul> </ul>
