Occupational Health Nurse

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Administers the Company&rsquo;s occupational health scheme</li> <li>Ensures the availability of preventative, curative and rehabilitative health services.</li> <li>Designs and manages the Employee Wellness programs</li> <li>Ensures all pre-employment, periodical and exit medical examinations are carried out for all employees.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with all Health legislation including occupational health schemes.</li> <li>Compilation and analysis of medical statistics and reports.</li> <li>Coordination of counselling services to employees, contractors and dependents.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Nursing Diploma</li> <li>A minimum of 5 years working as a Registered General Nurse</li> <li>Current Nursing Practicing Certificate</li> <li>Diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a manufacturing/mining clinic administration</li> </ul>
